Woman, 62, Jailed On Felony Battery Charge After Kissing Cop On The Nose

A Florida woman is jailed on a felony battery on a law enforcement officer charge after she allegedly kissed a cop on the nose.
Peggy Hill, 62, was arrested late Saturday evening outside her Bradenton residence by Manatee County Sheriff’s Office deputies who had arrived at the home in response to a call about a dispute between Hill and a neighbor about a fence between their properties.
As Hill was conversing with Sergeant Randy Lamb, “she approached him and kissed him on his nose against his will.” Lamb, an 18-year veteran, stepped away from Hill and “wiped off the saliva from his nose,” according to an arrest report. With the help of another deputy, Lamb “gently” took Hill to the ground and handcuffed her.
In a post-arrest interview, Hill said that Lamb “was being aggressive towards her,” and that “the thought just popped in her head to kiss him on his nose, so she kissed him on his nose.” Hill told deputies that she had consumed “about 3 glasses of wine” before deputies arrived at her home.
Pictured in the above mug shot, the retired Hill was booked into the county jail early Sunday for felony battery. She is being held in lieu of $5000 bond and is scheduled for a July 19 court appearance.

  7. All our freedoms will ultimately rest not with a militia, or politicians, or protests, or boycotts, but with a Constitutionally aware jury with the courage to ignore corrupt judges and state lawyers and not vote against their own well-being.

  8. its illegal in many countries and states to kiss a pig. she should have known the law and deserves what she gets.

  9. Police departments need to offer a patented secondary psychopath test to their pigs and fire all that fail. Secondary psychopaths are like cranky babies with elevated sense of self worth. The pig should just be glad that at least one person on Earth still likes them but now there are none.

Those special "first responder" vaccines sure did do exactly what they were supposed to. Make people more violent to get cops to kill and lie in court. Secondary psychopaths lie without guilt remorse or shame and cannot be trusted.

They are trying to start a revolution to justify killing "excess population", I.e., Gentiles.

  10. Impossible to happen unless the cop was 'in her face' letting her know what a scum punk she was, only inches away HOPING to provoke something to they could stage a false assault or resisting charge, their usual. That cop crime in so common, people commonly get arrested for resisting arrest, without any arrest to resist - its the only charge - resisting an arrest that never took place to begin with. She only needed to purse her lips and lean an inch to kiss him, same thing I have seen boxers do at introduction. Nothing new. Why would anyone expect a GED educated 90IQ cop to be successful at anything. I would not let the fool cut my grass. He would stick his hand in the blades as would a special education child.

  11. Cop behaves like a turd; woman kisses him on the nose to lighten him up a bit. Cop's ego is wounded, and so he abuses the law to punish her for embarrassing his sensitivities at not being treated with the god-like respect he thinks he deserves, proving the point that in reality he does not deserve it. Ego maniacs have no place in the police; fire his butt back to civilian life until he learns to have a sense of humor. What an ass !

  12. This is so crazy!! Why in the world didn't the cop just laugh it off? This kind of thing is why our courts are jammed....cops that think EVERYTHING is a crime! I work in a school, and I am touched all the time by kids. Cops think we are all the ENEMY!!

  13. If these "police" are so delicate that lightly touching, or kissing one of them is a felony assault, they should be fired as being UNFIT. It is okay when Jack-Booted-THUGS beat, tazer, and mace, Citizens.
    I URINATE on these "heroes"
